Return and Exchange Policy
All Anjue products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If our products do not measure up to this standard, Anjue will replace the defective products. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or abuse as determined by Anjue.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 15 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund, provided the items are unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. No returns on sale items. If this policy is not followed, we will only accept returns at our discretion. Please note returns will only be accepted for items purchased at anjue.com.
Returns for Refund
A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have been charged. Please note we cannot refund any shipping charges.
Returns for Exchange
Your new item choice will be shipped the next business day after receipt of returned merchandise. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of its expected ship date. If you do not wish to wait, we will be happy to issue you a refund or credit.
How to Return Merchandise
All returns must first receive a return authorization. Please email us at sales@anjue.com providing us the following information:
a. Name and contact information
b. Date purchased
c. Description of the problem
d. Order number
Upon receiving your request, we will review your claim. Once we find that your item fits our warranty guidelines, you will be notified via e-mail. So please provide us with a valid address.
After receiving our authorization, ship us the defective product with the 'Original Proof of Purchase' and our 'Return Authorization Code' marked on the box. 'RAC' and shipping address will be provided to you through email.
Note: You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs. We highly recommend using a service like UPS or FedEx which will give you a tracking number. We take no responsibility for items lost in transit. We cannot process your warranty until we receive your return product.

Anjue is very conscious about your personal privacy and the security of your information. As such, we make every effort to insure the safest possible shopping experience. We do not sell, trade nor barter information we collect to other companies or services.

Shipping Rates
- The shipping charges for heavy items: Kuon Zataku Table, Kuon Okidoko Cabinet, Kuon Zaisu, Igusa Rug, Zenigata Water Basin, Tetsubachi Water Basin, Mikage Garden and Clay Sculpture, will be 15% of the item price.
- The shipping charges for all other items will be 10% of item price plus $5 handling charge.
- The above rates are for 48 states.
- Additional $10 will be charged for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.
- We do not ship to outside the United State.
- We ship most orders via UPS Ground. Please note that UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes.
How Long
Your order for non-furniture / stone water basin will be shipped within 1-3 working days of receipt. Most customers can expect to receive their orders within 7-10 working days. However, wood furniture and stone sculpture are shipped from manufacturers in Japan upon an order. Hence, it would take 8 -10 weeks for delivery.
Back Orders
Occasionally a product will be on back order due to popularity. We will notify you via email of your back order and the delivery status.
Shipping Information
We reserve the right to ship with other carrier without prior notice.
Sales Tax
All orders are tax free for residents outside the state of California. The sales tax for California residents is 8.25%.
Privacy Policy
